Roster: 7 days on, 7 days off (Equal time for a genuine work-life balance). Stability: Long-term site security with production scheduled for the next 15 years. MEALS NOT PROVIDED - NO CAMP Future Growth: This 6-month contract is a primary pathway for those seeking future permanent opportunities on-site. About the Role Reporting to the Open Pit Supervisor, you will be responsible for: Safe and efficient operation of CAT 789 haul trucks. Meeting hourly production targets within a fast-paced gold environment. Conducting thorough pre-start equipment inspections. Contributing to a "Safety First" culture and maintaining a clean work area. About You To be successful in this role, you will have: Proven experience operating CAT 785 (or larger) haul trucks in a mining or heavy civil environment. Experience with other mobile plant (Dozers, Loaders, Graders) is highly regarded. A strong work ethic and the ability to work well within a tight-knit crew. A commitment to site safety protocols and procedures. Requirements Current C-Class Driver's Licence. Ability to DIDO to site near West Wyalong. Must be able to provide a current National Police Check. Ability to pass a comprehensive Pre-Employment Medical (PEM) and Drug & Alcohol screen.
